Privacy.

This page covers thisisbolden.com. Updated 13 October 2026.

No cookies, no trackers.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Nothing on it tells us who you are or links one visit to the next.

Counting.

To see which links are used, the site counts page views and taps: the page, the link, the day, and the country and city of your connection. Our host, Cloudflare, works out the place from your IP address; the address itself is not stored. A tag in a link we post, such as ?s=story, says which post it came from. These counts cannot tell who you are. Automated browsers are not counted, and our own browsers are set not to count our visits; that setting stays in the browser and is never sent to us.

Your music service.

When you tap a service on a release page, your browser remembers it, so that service comes first next time. It stays in your browser and is never sent to us. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.

The mailing list.

If you join, your email address goes to Klaviyo, which sends our emails, with the page and link you joined from. We use it only to send news of new music, vinyl and merch, and every email has a link to leave the list. Klaviyo keeps it in the United States under the safeguards UK law requires: Klaviyo’s privacy notice.

Other sites.

Pre-save buttons open Smart Noise; vinyl opens our shop (see the shop’s privacy policy); music and films open Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and the other services. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy, and what you do there is covered by it, not by this page.

Your rights.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by emailing thisisbolden@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
